(831769) is listed on the "New Third Board". Qingdao Hardhitter Electric Co., Ltd. is one of the first gazelle enterprises in Shandong Province and a national-level "specialized, refined, characteristic and new" little giant enterprise; Wenling Dazhong Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is the main drafter of national industry standards and a national-level "specialized, refined, characteristic and new" little giant enterprise.

Wenling County Dazhong Gear Factory, the predecessor of the group, was officially founded.

We became a trusted supplier to Nanjing 511 Military Factory.

Officially renamed to Zhejiang Zomax Machinery Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang Zomax Automotive Transmission Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Zomax Garden Machinery Co., Ltd. were founded.

Zomax Group was formed with six subsidiary companies.

Zhejiang Zomax Automotive Transmission Co., Ltd. was officially established,
The Group officially launched the Zomax Transmission Industrial Park project.

Zhonghong Aluminum Co., Ltd. was founded.

Zhejiang Zomax Garden Machinery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, was listed on the New Third Board, and the Group invested in the automotive intelligent power system industry.

Zhejiang Zomax Transmission Co., Ltd. was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The Zomax Pavilion of Zhejiang Merchants Museum officially opened, and the Zomax Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Culture Research Institute was established.

Zomax Transmission Co., Ltd. established the Zhejiang Provincial Postdoctoral Research Station and and the Zomax New Energy Transmission Technology Research Institute.

Zomax Transmission Co., Ltd. invested in the establishment of Zhongma Transmission Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.

The new industrial park of Zomax Garden Machinery Co., Ltd. has been completed.

ZOMAX passed the CNAS laboratory accreditation.
